Galvanizing Chemicals

It is a liquid and acidic chemical suitable for the immersion process, specially designed for degreasing, removing oxide and rust on the surface of iron & steel materials in hot galvanizing processes. Due to the nature of the product, the materials can enter the hydrochloric acid bath without rinsing after leaving the NETACID F 40 bath.

It is an economical and easy-to-use chemical that gives the bath a certain amount of degreasing, besides being used especially in acidic pickling baths containing Hydrochloric Acid to prevent harmful gases.

It is a liquid chemical used to increase the wetting of the flux by adding it into the flux in hot-dip galvanizing processes. It provides flux wetting of iron & steel materials, reduces the amount of flux consumption and most importantly, it is used to ensure the uniform distribution of the flux on the surface. Even it is a very effective auxiliary chemical in reducing surface tension.
