PASSIVATION It is a liquid, one-component product designed to form a nano-sized protective layer on iron & steel, aluminium and galvanised surfaces. This layer provides a durable base for wet and powder coating. The product can be applied by spraying, at room temperature with degreasing in front of it and hot by adding a degreasing additive. The fact that the nano conversion coating and the subsequent rinse bath is deionised water increases the corrosion resistance of the treated material. Download PDF
